Suspension McPherson concept
I did some research and it is not so easy to find leaf springs. Producing them, with dimensions and parameters I need can be to complicated and expensive.
I decided to change design to traditional McPhersons. It will be not so hard to find shock absorbers with springs for this solution. It is not so aerodynamicaly efficient as leaf springs, but looks nice and will be very stable :)

Suspension for coupe4kW aero
Suspension for coupe 4kW aero is simple because whole car is simple :)
Traverse leaf spring with shock-absorber and thats all. It is enough for medium speed and stabilise light car.
This type of suspension are used widely for small planes and it is very aerodynamicaly effective and very light.
Springs and shock absorbers in the front and the rear are the same - so it will be cheaper to produce.

About safety of coupe4kW aero
Safety first! Tha same is with coupe4kW aero body shell.
Safety crash zones are shown on this picture:
Every wall is made with styrofoam cortex and composite fiberglass or carbon fibre.
This type of sandwich structure walls are very effective for kinetic energy absorbing - so it is SAFE.
Front, rear, side walls are very thick because those places are the most important to catch the power of crash hit.
In the front of the car there is a lot of place for crumple zone.
Inside composite wall will have 4 point seat belts .

Aerodynamic body concept
After long process of conceptualisation I decided to choose the most aerodynamic and the simplest shape of body of coupe4kW aero!
This new body shape is:
- more simple to produce
- more aerodynamic effective
- more friendly to look
Chassis body first details
Here are some details of chassis and canopy openning.
Remember body have to be as simple as possible :) so this shape will be easy to produce.

Chasis body new shape
Today some new chassis body shape - because of simplicity of production.
Body neeeds to be as simple as possible.
It is styrofoam core with composite fiberglass or carbon fibre.
Fiberglass composite is cheaper but a little bit heavier and not so strong as carbon fibre.
Choice between fiberglass or carbon fibre will be on budget stage.

I have a dream ...
about car which is very friendly.
Quiet electric car - because cities are too loud, so we need more simple quiet ways to ride.
Very efficient, to consume not a lot of power - that means low cost of ride and more energy saved from nature!
Electric car with 4 in wheel hub motors 1kW each = 4kW of electric power
Ultra light composite chasis that means lower risk of hurt someone on the road and lower power consumption.
Very aerodynamic design to cut power consumption too :)
100% electric car with Li-FePO4 battery - enough range to go to work and back (about 100km)
